Summer activities

Fresh mountain air and pleasant temperatures, fascinating hikes and wonderful views, cycling, swimming and enjoying culture – that’s summer in Lech am Arlberg.

Green meadows, mountains and more

When the white splendour wanes, lush green meadows appear that invite you to go hiking. Rugged rocks, designated climbing routes for advanced climbers and fun climbing parks are just as enticing as a total of 54 kilometres of trails, e-bike routes or crystal-clear waters for fishing. Golfers get their money’s worth, as do yoginis or water rats, who can do their laps in the forest swimming pool, which newly opened in 2020. Whatever your summer heart desires, be sure to get the Lech Card in our house, which gives you free travel on cable cars and buses as well as free access to the forest swimming pool, tennis courts and museums.

And if it’s too hot outside for you, you can get your physical exertion in the sport.park.lech in both winter and summer: in the fitness studio, bowling, tennis, badminton, volleyball, handball or football.

You can find out what else Lech and its surrounding area has to offer in summer on-site or here in advance.

Pure culture

You don’t have to be active just in sports, Lech also has a lot to offer culturally. Whether it’s a musical mountain summer or a visit to the museum – from the Huber-Hus to the Skyspace-Lech, which promises fascinating views in summer as well as in winter. Whether it’s the Philosophicum, Literaricum or Medicinicum, whether it’s the Arlberg Classic or vintage car rally, whether guided herb hikes, shopping or simply doing nothing.
