Terms of payment
Prices in Euros, per apartment and day, incl. cleaning, plus local tax of EUR 4,60 per person and night (children over 14). Four-legged friends on request. A surcharge of EUR 30 per day (without food) will be charged for your dog.
With your deposit (30%) and confirmation from us, your reservation is guaranteed.
Your apartment is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10am. There are no refunds for early departures.

Travel insurance and cancellation terms
Anticipation is one of life’s best pleasures. Therefore, it is all the more important that you can look forward to your upcoming holiday completely relaxed. Unfortunately, something unexpected can always happen, so we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to save unnecessary trouble and costs. In the case of cancellations, general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply and are as follows:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- 3 months before arrival we charge 25 % of the price
- 2 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price
- 1 month before arrival we charge 70 % of the price
- 2 weeks before arrival we charge 90% of the price
- In the event of cancellation within the last 2 weeks before arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price
